We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

Has exceptional knowledge and understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design
Has a strong track record of securing excellent pupil outcomes
Demonstrates innovation and creativity in curriculum development
Understands the importance of high attendance and positive school culture
Has proven experience across KS1 and KS2
Possesses an in-depth understanding of the Ofsted framework
Actively contributes to the professional growth and development of staff
Shows clear leadership ambition and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic learning environment
