Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and education to patients, families, and carers in both hospital and homecare environments. Work flexibly across multiple programmes, including biosimilar therapy support, wound care management, and emerging stem cell and regenerative treatments. Run nurse-led clinics within hospital settings, providing expert support and guidance. Provide in-home care and patient education to ensure continuity and adherence to treatment plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private sites. Accurately complete all documentation and ensure compliance with service operating procedures. Support service reviews, audits, and data collection to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with the wider Patient Solutions team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care delivery.
