Crynodeb
The Neurodivergence Coordinator is a specialised non-clinical role designed to support patients navigating the diagnostic pathways for ADHD and Autism. You will be the primary point of contact for patients considering a diagnosis, guiding them through pre-assessment screening, managing the administrative aspects of referrals, and providing compassionate support while they wait. You will work closely with the Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) to ensure patient safety, whilst also building a robust network of local third-sector resources to help patients live well with neurodivergence.
