Job summary: To lead and manage the District Nursing Service in a given To provide specialist clinical and supervisory leadership to junior staff and students within the team. To manage a caseload of patients with multiple and complex needs, using evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, with the patient at the centre.
