Key Responsibilities & Keywords
As the Nursery Manager, you will have full Ofsted accountability and drive the educational standards of the setting.
Leadership: Managing a large team of 15+ Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders.
Compliance: Maintaining world-class EYFS standards and acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Operations: Managing a capacity of 40+ children, overseeing Admissions, and hitting occupancy KPIs.
Partnerships: Working closely with Outside Agencies, local authorities, and SENCO coordinators.
Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or Early Years Degree highly preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years in Nursery Management or Deputy Management.
Safeguarding: Current DSL training is essential.
Commute: Must live within 40 minutes of the North London area.
Skills: Expert knowledge of Safeguarding, Ofsted inspections, and Safer Recruitment.
