To assist the practice team in the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of care as appropriate. To report accurately perceived changes in a patient manner, observations etc To promote health within the practice setting. To prepare clinical areas for procedures Provide appropriate delegated clinical care appropriate to area of work: Conduct ECGS Perform Phlebotomy service Carry out LTC reviews
