Your Role
You will support children in their early years by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. Working closely with colleagues and families, you will help children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing high-quality care in a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
• Planning fun, engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
• Observing and supporting each child’s individual progress
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
Safeguarding Our Children
The safety and wellbeing of our children is always our top priority. All staff are expected to have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection and to follow nursery policies at all times. We are committed to creating a safe, secure environment where children are protected, listened to, and supported. All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and suitable references.
What We’re Looking For
• A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• A kind, patient, and nurturing approach
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Good communication skills and a positive team spirit
