Dental Recruitment Group Ltd is excited to partner with a mixed NHS/Private dental practice in Leicester, seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager for a 9-month maternity cover starting in February 2026.
Start Date: February 2026 for approximately 9 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of the dental practice and team
Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05, and NHS regulations
Manage diary utilization, rotas, and overall operations
Handle patient liaison and complaints effectively
Conduct HR recruitment, training, and appraisals
Monitor budgets, invoicing, and financial targets
Support dentists and clinicians to maintain smooth workflows
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of dental equipment
Requirements:
Previous experience in Dental management is essential
Approachable and helpful demeanor
Proficient in IT with strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of dental compliance and NHS systems
Proficient with SOE dental software
Committed to providing high-quality patient care with a positive attitude
