We are offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. Where you can gain valuable experience while studying at college. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm
Salary: £8.80 P/H

Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
The Ideal Candidate:
Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Has good attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
