Your new company
We're looking for a temporary detail-oriented Project Administrator to support manufacturing engineering projects. Your new role
As a Temporary Project Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting engineering projects from concept to completion:

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation for manufacturing projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of production timelines, budgets, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track project milestones and report progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute technical documentation, drawings, and quality assurance reports.
  • Support health and safety compliance and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
  • Act as a communication hub between engineering teams, production staff, and clients.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in project administration within manufacturing or engineering preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes or engineering terminology is advantageous.
