Salary: £30,723.38 (based on 37.5 hours per week)Time at 1.3 of hourly rate for after 8pm and on SaturdaysTime at 1.6 of hourly rate for Sundays and Bank HolidayWe’re proud to be launching a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks an exciting milestone as Everyturn expands into London for the first time.Our 12-14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will provide 24/7 clinical support to people with complex mental health needs, offering a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration ServiceAbout the role:As a Nurse Support Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring service users receive personalised support aligned with their individual nursing care plans.Working closely with the Clinical Lead and Service Manager, you’ll also provide day-to-day coordination and supervisory support to the Support Worker team.You will:Deliver safe, effective care that meets the needs of service users, families, and carersAdminister and dispense medication in line with professional guidance, supporting Staff Nurses during medication roundsSupport Staff Nurses with day-to-day clinical dutiesPrepare for and contribute to reviews with external professionals, including GPs and psychiatristsSupport colleagues to respond consistently to challenging behaviour in line with agreed nursing support plansCoach and mentor Support Workers, supporting their development and confidenceHelp ensure quality standards are met in line with professional and regulatory requirementsAbout you: Experience supporting people with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challengeConfidence working with individuals who may present as highly emotive or distressedNVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete)Safe Medicate training (or willingness to complete)GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and risk managementExcellent communication, organisation, and IT skills (including Office 365)Emotional resilience, professionalism, and a collaborative approachWhat we offer in returnWe are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
