Laminator

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm

Days: Monday - Wednesday initially, increasing to Monday - Friday after 3 weeks

Duration: temporary, immediate start for a minimum of 6 weeks

Duties:

Wet lay up, hand laminating of composite structures, to technical specifications
trimming and finishing, operation of power tools,
control of materials and stock rotation,
adherence to health and safety, COSHH and quality standards,
Maybe requires to assist in fit out and site installations.

Experience:

Must have previous wet laminating experience and a good technical aptitude and be competent at using power tools.
Must be able to work well on own, to instructions as well as part of a team.
Must have a good awareness of health and safety and be flexible with duties.

Salary: £14.00 per hour worked
