A very well-established East Anglia firm is looking for a senior solicitor to head up their private client department at their Norwich office. The role will be predominantly office based, however, there will be scope for some hybrid working.
The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in wills & probate work to manage their talented private client team alongside managing their own premium caseload of complex, high-value matters for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, including:
Estate Planning: Drafting intricate Wills, advising on and establishing Family Investment Companies, creating and managing UK and offshore trust structures, and providing strategic Inheritance Tax mitigation advice.
Complex Probate & Estate Administration: Leading on estates with significant assets, cross-border elements, trusts, business property, and agricultural relief issues.
Trust Law: Advising trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust creation, administration, variation, and termination.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
