Leadership & Team Management

Manage the Earthworks team, working closely with the Works Manager and Senior General Foremen (GFs) to allocate resources and oversee daily operations.

Act as the primary interface for the planning team to coordinate and schedule all earthworks milestones.

Provide mentorship and guidance to Sub-Agents and junior engineering staff.
Operational Coordination
-
Synchronise earthworks with other critical site disciplines, including Drainage, Fencing teams to prevent clashes and delays.

Develop detailed Methodology and Sequence Diagrams to visualize and communicate the construction process.

Manage client expectations through regular reporting and professional engagement.
Technical Compliance & Quality Assurance (QA)

Produce and communicate Work Package Plans (WPP) and RAMS, incorporating feedback from subcontractors.

Manage the Temporary Works (TW) process, including producing Design Briefs, arranging site inspections, and issuing Permits to Load.

Oversee the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) process and ensure all site activities comply with permanent and temporary works designs.

Raise Technical Queries (TQs) and handle the identification and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Commercial & Logistics

Review material reconciliations and manage material requests.

Ensure the timely submission of Plant and materials

Compile comprehensive QA Handover Packs and ensure as-built information is recorded and submitted progressively to the client.
