Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans. You will be working alongside other professionals within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high quality care and effective communication is maintained. This role will require the nurse to practice autonomously and make decisions under their own initiative using past professional judgment and drawing on their clinical expertise.
