GCIL.RH/EM/1.25 PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED
RH is a chatty and friendly person who enjoys gaming and having a laugh. He finds joy in listening to music, watching wrestling and spending time with his partner.
RH is looking for a PA to support him with some domestic duties around his home, meal preparation. There may be times where you support RH within the community, which includes traveling to and from activities or events, as well as ensuring clear pathways for movement to allow RH to navigate his wheelchair safely. RH can experience severe anxiety and can sometimes stutter so, when required it’s important you’re able to provide patience and calming reassurance.
This role involves flexibility depending on RH’s needs but will be:
14 hours per week @ £13.50 per hour
The position is home-based in Glasgow City Centre (G3 ) with potentially some time spent in the local area for outings and appointments
If you’re someone who is confident, open minded, enjoys having an employer with a great sense of humour, and likes making a positive difference - you could be a great fit!
Previous experience in care is preferable but not essential, but patience, good communication and adaptability are more important. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting people to live independently.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Please apply here or contact us on details below for more information:
