Support Worker – Community & Care Work
re-vite Healthcare Solutions is looking for reliable, down-to-earth support workers to join our growing team.
We support adults in the community with a range of needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, autism and people who need practical help to live independently. This includes day-to-day support such as building routines, cooking, budgeting, keeping a home running, attending appointments and offering consistent emotional support.
This role is community-based, so work locations will vary depending on the service user. We currently have opportunities across Bradford.
We’re a small, hands-on provider and we value people who are dependable, respectful and genuinely care about doing a good job. Experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, reliability and the right values matter more. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
If you want stable work, good communication and a company that treats staff properly, we’d like to hear from you.
