Crynodeb
The successful applicant will provide advice and support to leaseholders, ensure compliance with building safety regulations, manage service charges and legal requirements, and carry out property inspections. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, handling acquisitions, and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.
Applicants should be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent organisational and communication skills. Youandrsquo;ll need to be a strong team player who can confidently engage with members of the public
This post is permanent full time role and isandnbsp;subject to an enhanced DBS check.
