Business IT Support Engineer - MSP | Wisbech, Cambridgeshire | Full Time | Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | £28,000 - £32,000 per year

Are you the right person for the job?
• 3+ years’ experience in IT support
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service
• Level 3 or 4 IT qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Windows PC and Server hardware/software
• Networking knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, VPN (L2TP, OpenVPN, Site2Site)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, SharePoint, Veeam Backup, and Unifi
• Knowledge of Active Directory and RMM software
• Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Positive, helpful attitude and keen interest in IT support
• Full UK driving license
What will your role look like?
• Set up and configure new IT devices for clients, both on-site and remotely
• Provide support for business servers and network environments
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
• Monitor systems using RMM software, including backups and cybersecurity systems
• Diagnose and repair IT devices
• Answer incoming support calls with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional advice
