In this role, you will carry out the duties of the SENCO with teaching responsibilities.
'We are looking to appoint a committed individual with excellent SEND knowledge to help lead our SEND provision at the school as maternity leave cover from Easter 2026.
You will be an integral part of the Leadership Team, providing a high level of managerial and operational direction for the school.
This is a great opportunity for current SENCo leaders or teachers looking for career progression in this key area of educational provision.

Our School
Filey Academy is an 11-16 mixed community school serving the coastal town of Filey and its surrounding villages. We have a proud heritage in our local community and are embarking on a period of transformation and improvement.
