- Location: Manchester (Trafford Park)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week (shift/rota discussed at interview, flexibility required)
- Salary: up to £15.50 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities for a Fibreglasser:
- Wet lay fibreglass to the interior of vans of various sizes
- Prepare vehicles for lamination using grinders and sanding tools
- Cut fibreglass sheets to size and mix resin accurately
- Apply resin and fibreglass to interior plywood surfaces to a high standard
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For in a Fibreglasser:
- Proven fibreglass / GRP finishing experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and finishing processes
- High attention to detail and quality-focused workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and workplace wellbeing
