Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive dealership in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to excel in a dynamic environment, earn competitive commissions, and be part of a successful sales team. Duties:
- Actively promote and sell both new and used vehicles to retail customers
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
- Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Present finance options, add-ons, and additional products to maximise profit and customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Create a welcoming environment to attract new and repeat car sales customers
- Maintain a professional presence and build lasting customer relationships as a Car Sales Executive
- Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications, finance packages, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales is essential, demonstrating a strong sales record
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets within a motor trade environment
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanour
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence is mandatory
