Duties:
- Greet customers face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage workshop work in progress (WIP) and coordinate MOT and service scheduling
- Keep customers informed about vehicle repairs and progress, ensuring timely completion
- Monitor service times and communicate any delays proactively
- Support parts sales both within the branch and externally
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates and recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within the automotive sector
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of automotive trade processes and sales techniques
- Motivated to develop product knowledge and customer service skills
