- Sourcing and supplying the correct parts to customers efficiently
- Processing accurate invoices for parts sold
- Handling customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintaining organised stock storage and ensuring easy access to parts
- Providing expert advice and resolving customer issues promptly
- Supporting workshop operations by ensuring parts availability and timely delivery
