What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading, developing, and inspiring the Learning Support department
• Designing and delivering inclusive strategies to raise achievement for all students with additional needs
• Working alongside SLT to shape whole-school SEND vision and policy
• Coaching and mentoring support staff, driving best practice in classroom support
• Building strong partnerships with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Overseeing all EHCPs, provision mapping, and progress tracking with exemplary organisation
