What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you a reliable, hardworking, flexible individual looking for a rewarding role in a school environment. We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager to commence in March in order take over the role from the previous post-holder who is retiring.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a proactive and practical approach to maintenance tasks.
• Is well organised and methodical in their approach to work.
• Has experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
• Has a good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Has basic IT skills.
• Has a clean UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing the school premises on a daily basis.
• Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance.
• Ensuring the school is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Conducting regular health and safety checks and maintaining appropriate records.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers as required.
• Occasionally driving the school minibus.
