We are seeking a dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Pastoral and Safeguarding Manager at our two-form entry primary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion, social and emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding, with a proven track recording promoting a positive ethos within a school environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a safeguarding background, ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
They will play a crucial role in providing pastoral support, fostering wellbeing, and delivering exceptional care to ourpupils and their families.Key responsibilities will include supporting pupils to enablehigh levelsof achievement and personal welfare.
