Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for Warehouse Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Redditch.
For the successful Warehouse Team Leader our client is offering;
• Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
• Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 08:30am-3:30pm
• Temporary - Permanent position
• Free parking
• Progression into a shift leader role in future for the right person

The role - Warehouse Team Leader;
• Supporting/ managing a team of up to 5
• Stock takes
• Quality checking
• Picking/ packing
• Paperwork
• General warehouse duties
What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Team Leader;
• Previous experience in a Team Leading/ Managerial role - ESSENTIAL
• Must be happy to be in a hands on role, this is not an office role- ESSENTIAL
• Must be able to deal with conflict in a professional manner
• Due to site location, own transport is essential
