Plus generous benefits, including:• 50 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleAre you a driven, commercially minded professional with a passion for building partnerships and shaping workforce development?York College is looking for an Apprenticeship Sales & Account Manager to lead our apprenticeship growth strategy and strengthen relationships with employers across the region.What you’ll do:• Drive apprenticeship sales growth through strategic employer engagement and innovative sales strategies.• Manage key employer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.• Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet and exceed targets.• Collaborate with curriculum teams to align apprenticeship offerings with industry needs.• Represent York College at events and forums to raise the profile of our apprenticeship provision.What we’re looking for:• Proven experience in sales and meeting targets, ideally within apprenticeships or education.• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.• Knowledge of the FE sector and apprenticeship funding would be desirable.About the CollegeWe are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our wide range of education options span entry level programmes through to degrees, higher technical qualifications, and accredited professional courses to courses for professional development. Our apprenticeships can be studied from level 2 to level 5 across a range of different career pathways.
