Hours: Flexible, Part-Time 12 Hours per Week (Split shifts over 2 days)
Start Date: ASAPAre you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for maintaining safe and welcoming environments? Radyr Primary School is seeking a Part-Time Estates Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our school grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
● Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
● Managing site security, cleaning, and minor repairs.
● Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
● Supporting the school’s operational needs, including events and emergencies.
What We’re Looking For:
● Previous experience in estates or facilities management (preferred).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance around the site
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
● A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work flexibly.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
