You will gain hands-on experience in administration, client support, and education recruitment within a fast-growing and purpose-driven organisation.You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where you will develop core skills in customer service, technology platforms, and online recruitment marketing, providing a strong foundation for long term career progression.The roleAs an Administrator, your responsibilities will includeActing as the first point of contact for Eteach via phone, live chat, and emailSupporting schools, colleges, and job seekers by responding to queries in a professional and helpful mannerPreparing and posting job adverts sourced by ConsultantsProviding general administrative support to the wider teamKeeping the CRM system accurate and up to dateAbout youThis role would suit someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You do not need previous experience in the education or recruitment sector.
