- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Lead small group interventions and whole-class teaching when required
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs
- Monitor and record pupil progress and report to teaching staff
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably at HLTA level
- HLTA qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Ability to lead whole-class sessions confidently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
