Are you an experienced General Labourer looking for consistent work in Northampton? We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for ongoing construction projects. Immediate start available for the right candidates!
The Role
As a General Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring the smooth running of projects. Your duties will include:
- Assisting tradespeople on site with various tasks
- Moving materials and ensuring work areas remain clean and organised
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor
- Adhering to health and safety protocols on site
Requirements
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Own PPE: safety boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Previous experience as a General Labourer on construction sites (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
