Location: Washington
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known and established building supplies company based in Washington. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Class 2 (Category C) HIAB driver to support increased demand.
This is an ongoing assignment offering consistent work and competitive pay.
The Role:- Multidrop delivery of building materials
- Local North East routes
- Vehicle pre-loaded
- Support provided by a driver's mate
- Use of HIAB crane for deliveries
- 7:00am starts until finish
- 7-day operation - may include weekend work
- £15.76 per hour - Monday to Friday (first 8 hours)
- £23.64 per hour - Monday to Friday (after 8 hours)
- £23.64 per hour - Saturday (all hours)
- £31.52 per hour - Sunday (all hours)
- £31.52 per hour - Bank Holidays (all hours)
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- HIAB/ALMI C5+E / AITT / RTITB certification
- Brick grab experience essential
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of tachograph regulations
