Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + Efficiency Bonus
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30
Saturdays: On Rota, 08:30-12:30
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, detail-focused Vehicle Technician to join a main dealer in Leicester. This role is ideal for a technician who values quality, manufacturer standards, and long-term career development within a premium automotive environment.
You will be working with high-quality vehicles, modern workshop facilities, and structured processes where workmanship, efficiency, and customer experience genuinely matter.

Key Responsibilities
·Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer and brand standards
·Complete defined repair operations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and first-time fix
·Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults accurately
·Ensure all work complies with health & safety and manufacturer guidelines
·Maintain accurate job records and service documentation
·Support service advisors and provide technical feedback when required
·Deliver a professional standard of work aligned with a prestige customer experience
Skills & Experience Required
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
·Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
·MOT licence desirable but not essential
·Own tools and toolbox
·Full manual UK driving licence (licence checks required)
·Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
