Female Support Worker

Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours:16 hours per week (2x shifts per week)
Shift Pattern:8.00 am- 4.00pm (Monday to Sunday on rota basis)
Requirements:Full UK driving licence (essential- you'll enjoy trips out & driving the client's vehicle)


Start 2026 by making a real difference. We’re looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our supportive Acuity Care Group to provide dedicated one- to one support to a gentleman who lives at home with his family in Gillingham.You will be working within a busy family household therefore it's important that you can communicate effectively.

He enjoys going to the cinema, gardening, spending time outdoors and taking his dog for walks – so if you're someone who can bring energy, empathy and a passion for meaningful days out, we’d love to hear from you!


✨ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide one-to-one support with:

  • Daily life routines & independence skills

  • Enjoyable activities, outdoor walks, gardening

  • Creating positive and enriching experiences every day

Your experience will help shape his journey – especially if you’ve supported individuals with:

  • Brain Injury

  • Medication Administration

  • Companionship
