You will be required to:

  • Work alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day living
  • Complete household tasks, meal planning and preparation.
  • Maintain relationships with family and friends
  • Support access to the community.
  • Completing audit and staff supervisions
  • Medication observations to ensure best practice and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the service
  • Act as a role model for the staff team, provide guidance and mentoring to support workers
  • Contribute and maintain high standards of care, safety, and record keeping.

Must Have:

  • A full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance in place.

Location, Hours & Pay: Plymouth, 37.5 hours per week. £13.71 per hour.

Full Time Position – 37.5 hours per week. This will include weekend, evening and overnight shifts (Sleep in/ Waking night). Additional hours are also available to cover annual leave, training and sickness as required.
