You will be working in partnership with your colleagues within the Professional Development team, with key individuals within the divisions and with aligned post holders across the Integrated Care System in order to provide an evidence-based approach to delivering and managing the Pre- and Post-Registration Nursing student agendas. Person Specification Qualifications and Training Essential Criteria: Registered Nurse Educated to Degree level or equivalent Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent experience Evidence of Continuing Professional Development Experience Essential Criteria: Relevant experience of working with Practice Assessors and Practice Supervisors Relevant experience of clinical placement management Relevant experience of working with Higher Education Institutions Relevant experience of managing and developing appropriate clinical student databases Skills/Knowledge Essential Criteria: Ability to handle sensitive and complex information Excellent presentation and communication skills High level of IT Literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work autonomously High level of negotiating and influencing skills Knowledge of academic curriculum management High level of clinical judgement Other Job Requirements Travel within the Trust's geographical location
