Crynodeb
The Post holder will: Work as part of the team with Team leader and Deputy Manager to provide the great quality patient care to our patients. Answering telephone calls in the morning. Making sure that surgery is opened safely in the morning / Closed in the afternoon. Taking queries from patients and resolving them with help from clinical team. Managing day today workload, Making sure incoming post has been allocated to right team and assigned to clinical team. Processing of referral system from surgery to secondary care system. Medical reports requested are processed in timely manner
