Summary
Electrician Required To Join A Responsive Repairs Team - Salisbury and Poole
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £25 per hour
Duration: 12 weeks - Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join a responsive repairs team on a social housing project across Salisbury and Poole.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring Regulations
- Installation, repair, inspect and have the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report
- Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to properties
- Completing reactive maintenance work as per the specification.
- Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required.
- Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
- Working in a timely and productive manner to complete projects.
- Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and clients.
Requirements:
- C&G 2360 Part 1 & 2 Electrotechnical Competences
- NVQ 3 Certificate 2356
- Technical Certificates Level 2 & 3
- NVQ 3 Certificate or NVQ 3 2356 Certificate
- C&G 18th Edition Certificate
- Full UK Driving License and Own Van
- Social Housing Experience - Desirable
