Salary: £27,000 plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00, 30 min unpaid break
Location: Wolverhampton, WV10 7DG

What will you be doing?
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and resolving any driver queries and issues
- Completing vehicle weekly schedules/monthly MOT's and yearly examinations.
- Organize and manage all fleet and workshop-related documentation and paperwork systematically.
- Collaborate with the Workshop to ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and regulations.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and monitor incoming deliveries with precision and attention to detail.
- Assit payroll with drivers hours data entry with accuracy and ensure timely processing of all employee time records.
- Attend and actively contribute to weekly workshop meetings. Record and document meeting proceedings, including detailed minutes and action items.
- Provide administrative support for transport-related operations and to other team members.
What are we looking for?
- GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent, with Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft/Google packages.
- Excellent organisational, adept with using a flexible approach and exceptional attention to detail skills.
- Professional and confidential conduct, with polite and assertive verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to work to strict time control constraints.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain solid relationships with the team and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Strong and current working knowledge of payroll systems.
- Experience of working within a busy office environment.
- Awareness of GDPR legislation and regulations
