About the Role – Therapeutic Integration Practitioner

As a TIP, you will play a key role in the assessment, induction, and integration of young people entering the provision.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring resilience, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.

You will work with learners presenting with:

• SEMH needs
• Autism (ASC) and neurodiversity
