We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to ignite children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.Manor Way Primary Academy is a one form entry with an age range of 3 -11 and we currently have 225 pupils on roll. We are part of Windsor Academy Trust (WAT) and consequently professional development opportunities are outstanding. Ofsted Sept 2018 stated “Children in the early years get off to a great start!” the early years overall effectiveness is ‘outstanding’ We are looking to appoint a dedicated class teacher with excellent classroom practice, who is passionate and enthusiastic about Early Years and wants to give children the best start in life.Our key priorities are:To unlock academic and personal potentialA strong focus on empowering children as learners and leadersFor pupils to leave Manor Way confident, prepared and ready to excel and succeed in lifeAs part of the Windsor Academy Trust, we work collaboratively with other WAT schools, supporting each other, developing great practice and our exceptional curriculum.
