We have an ambitious strategy and are entering a crucial phase of testing and refining how we reach and engage employers with our products and services. The Sales & Commercial Operations Lead will play a central role in shaping how we design, deliver, and continuously improve our commercial activity – from sales testing and customer engagement to reporting and performance management.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who’s as comfortable designing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver, test, and refine it in practice. You will plan and execute sales trials, analyse results, and translate insight into a practical sales playbook and recommendations for future processes. You’ll also help to shape and improve the commercial operations underpinning our approach – from data capture and CRM use to sales materials, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Working closely with colleagues across engagement, marketing, and L&D, you’ll bring curiosity, commercial thinking, and creativity to design approaches that are evidence-based and scalable. You’ll move fluidly between strategy and delivery – from identifying opportunities and shaping hypotheses about potential customer segments, to testing and refining approaches in real time and embedding what works.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with both sales and commercial operations experience to make a real impact – helping to define how we grow our reach, strengthen our commercial performance, and build the foundation for sustainable growth.
