Join our dynamic team in Horley as a Teaching Assistant. Your role will involve supporting classroom activities, helping students with special educational needs, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) when required
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities
- Supervise and assist during break times and school outings
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, caring and positive attitude
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
