Randstad Education is seeking proactive and hardworking School Cleaners to join our dedicated team across Leeds. We have a variety of Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, offering you the flexibility to choose shifts that work for you.

Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of the school support staff, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the campus:

  • Sanitising classrooms, desks, and high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.

  • Deep cleaning toilets, staff rooms, and communal corridors.

  • Mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors using industrial equipment.

  • Safe disposal of waste and ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this application, you must meet the following:

  • UK Experience: You must have previous experience working as a cleaner within a UK school or commercial environment.

  • Background Check: An Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential (or a willingness to process a new one immediately).

  • Experience: Proven history in professional cleaning with an eye for detail.

  • Reliability: You must be dependable, as the school relies on you to be ready before or after the pupils arrive.
