Are you an experienced primary school teacher looking for work in Handsworth?
Winner Education are seeking an experienced KS1 teacher for a primary school in the Handsworth area. This is a full-time role, on a long-term basis to provide Maternity Cover. You must hold a QTS with previous experience in KS1, in particular across upper KS1. This role is not suitable for ECT’s.
The successful candidate must:
• Have previous experience working in KS1
• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
• Be confident in delivering lessons to full class sizes
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be able to form excellent relationships within the school team as well as pupils and parents
• Show willing to go ‘above and beyond’
• Be a reliable and responsible role model
Roles and responsibilities:
• Tailor lesson resources and materials to those pupils who require additional support
• Assessing and providing pupil feedback and progress reports
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
