We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Bootle. This is a key role supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring high standards of care, safety, and dignity.
You will work closely with the management team, lead shifts, support junior staff, and act as a positive role model within the service.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with varying needs

Lead shifts and ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed correctly

Support, mentor, and guide support workers on shift

Administer and record medication in line with company policies (where trained)

Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community activities

Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies
-
Maintain accurate records and reports
-
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and safeguarding at all times

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Previous experience in a support worker or senior support worker role

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (if required)

Strong communication and leadership skills
