We are currently recruiting a Temporary Early Years Practitioners to join our nursery team working in early years settings in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EYFS Practitioner looking for flexible, temporary childcare work.
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Location: Exeter
Hours: Flexible – full-time or part-time
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children aged 0–5 years within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
Delivering engaging, age-appropriate early years activities
Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and child development
Observing, assessing, and recording progress in line with EYFS requirements
Working collaboratively with nursery staff and supporting daily routines
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent childcare qualification)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
Reliable, caring, and professional approach
