UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Drake Hall, a women's closed prison, located near the town of Eccleshall in Staffordshire with around 340 females inmates. Hours Monday - Friday 7.15am - 5.15pm Weekends 7.30am - 5.30am Every Other weekend 4 week rolling rota Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between 34428 - 41659 per annum FTE - depending on experience. Some duties include: Support with Health Screening and Monitoring Supporting Health Education and Promotion Act as a Consistent, Trustworthy Point of Contact Monitor Ongoing Health Needs Liaise with Multidisciplinary Teams in primary and secondary care with a clinical understanding of need and prioritisation.
